Welcome to our online store. When you use our website to make a purchase, below are the Terms and Conditions, which will constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VASSOU. Please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions prior to purchasing from vassou.co.

 

By using our online store www.seduire.com.au indicates your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions listed below.

 

1. Definitions:

 

 

The seller means VASSOU.

 

 

Buyer means the person whose name is printed on the Order.

 

2. Orders and Specifications:

 

All Goods are offered for sale subject to availability and subject to the seller's acceptance of the order. The Seller reserves the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for so doing. No order shall be deemed accepted by the seller unless and until the seller confirms the order in the order confirmation.

 

The seller has a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to amend the specifications of any of the goods without notification.

 

online store, we display and describe all products as accurately as possible in terms of description, metal, size, colors, carats and gems, but cannot undertake to give any assurance that the VASSOU On colours of goods supplied will exactly match those displayed on the buyers digital devices as lighting conditions during photography may affect the way the product looks on different PC’s, Mobile’s and Tablets.

 

3. Payment:

 

The buyer shall be responsible for all applicable taxes, including taxes applicable in the territory or country to which the goods are sent. Payment must be made by credit card or debit card or direct banking transfer or Paypal at the time of placing an order which is accepted by the seller. Payment in full will be taken at this time and the contract will be in force. The buyer undertakes that all details provided to the seller for the purpose of the order and its delivery will be correct and that the chosen method of payment is the property of the seller and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the goods ordered.

The seller (VASSOU) reserves the right to obtain validation of the buyer's credit card, debit card details before accepting the buyer's order.

 

4. Delivery:

 

The place for delivery of the goods will be as shown on the order and the normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) shall be regular postage.

 

The seller will process the order and manufacture the goods within the time period stated for each item. However, because manufacturing time varies by an item of goods, the seller reserves the right to change the delivery date so the buyer can receive all the goods of the order together (unless specifically agreed otherwise).

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are estimates only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract and the seller will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods however caused.

 

The buyer must inspect the goods on delivery and, in the case where a carrier delivers the goods, sign the required proof of delivery document or collection acceptance document. A signature on that document will constitute conclusive evidence against the buyer of receipt of the number of goods indicated on that document free from any apparent defect or damage. If the goods are alleged to be damaged or defective on delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of the buyer. If the buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods, the seller shall be under no obligation to refund the price. Goods may not be returned to the seller except as provided in Section “Returns, Refunds and Rights of Cancellation”. The seller offers the options of shipping to the buyer. The buyer accepts the price of shipping described in Purchase Order.

 

International Deliveries is considered an international delivery if the buyer address is not in the same country as the good. Each good has in the description, the localization of it. The buyer will accept the charge for international shipment and country taxes.

 

5. Returns - 30-day return policy on defective goods :

 

VASSOU offers a 30-day risk-free return policy on designs excluding diamonds and gemstones. Any returned items must be received by us within 30 days of your initial invoice date.

30-day warranty on all our designs. However if the Jewelry has been worked on by another Jeweler the warranty is deemed as void.

 

In case of defective goods at the earliest opportunity after the buyer has discovered the fault or defect and the buyer declines the offer of the seller to fix or change the goods provided that the buyer shall be deemed to have inspected the goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 5 days after receipt of the goods. Custom work, special orders, personalized or engraved items, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

 All items, which are returned by the buyer to the seller must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition if not the cancellation and refunds will not proceed. Your returns package must include all the original packaging, including all of the original Note: jewelry certification reports. There will be a replacement charge of US$250 per certificate in the event that the original certification is not returned. Shipping charges previously paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The customer is also liable for all shipping, insurance and handling costs associated in case a return need to be made.

 

Please contact us by sending a mail to sales@seduire.com.au to obtain the return shipping address.

 

Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to our error. Returned items must be returned in their original state and condition. Should the items not be in their original state and condition all return privileges will be withdrawn. Please insure all jewelry valued over $500 before returning the product to SÉDUIRE. We will not be liable for any loss which may occur during the return process if the goods are not insured.

 

6. Refunds:

 

Following a satisfactory inspection of the returned items refunds will be processed. Refunds on payments made by credit will be made to the original card only.

Likewise, payments made through PayPal will only be refunded to the original accounts debited. Your credit will appear after the completion of the monthly billing cycle.

 

7. Cancellation:

 

To cancel or change order customers have to send an email to sales@seduire.com.au as soon as possible. Our order management system is designed to fulfil orders quickly and efficiently so we cannot cancel or change an order once the manufacturing process has started. For all customized items the cancellation period is 24 hours. After this time there is no cancellation or return protocol unless an error has been made on our part.

 

8. Guaranteed & Limitation of Liability:

 

All of the products sold on seduire.com.au are guaranteed against defects for 5 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions: International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if an order is refused. Except as expressly stated herein, seduire.com.au makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on our website. In no event shall seduire.com.au, its Directors, Managing partners, Employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.
